Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for orders up to ₹5,000.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed. Contact our support team immediately if you need assistance.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for metro cities at an additional cost.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping to other countries soon!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items with original tags and packaging. Simply initiate a return request from your account, and we'll arrange a pickup.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Initiate an exchange request from your account.

Are your products safe for newborns?
Yes! All our products are made from baby-safe, non-toxic materials. We use organic cotton and hypoallergenic fabrics that are gentle on your baby's sensitive skin.
How should I care for the clothing?
We recommend washing baby clothes in mild detergent, preferably baby-specific. Use cold or warm water, and avoid bleach. Check the care label on each product for specific instructions.
