How to Return

Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and go to Order History. Select the item you want to return and click "Request Return".

Pack the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address within 2-3 business days.

Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible items:
- • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- • If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference
- • If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded
- • Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days
